Thank you for shopping at PharmaBooks. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

  • You may return physical books within 60 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, books must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • To start a return, please contact us at contact@pharmabooks.shop with your order number and details of your request.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Since we offer free shipping, only the return shipping cost (if not our error) will be the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or promotional items (if offered) cannot be returned.

  • Books that show signs of use, writing, or damage not caused during shipping are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong book, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

  • We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours on business days. Customer service may be limited on weekends and holidays.
